What does this mean?
  • A property not previously occupied. For converted properties, it is where the property has not been occupied since the conversion was undertaken;
  • A property being sold or marketed by the builder or developer (regardless of whether it has been previously tenanted);
  • Built within the 2 years preceding the mortgage application;
  • Converted into a flat within the 2 years preceding the mortgage application as part of the conversion of a former mill, factory, school, church, council tower block (for example).

Please input the lower between the purchase price and valuation of the property your client is buying or, if your client hasn't yet found a property, input the maximum purchase price your client would consider.

This is the amount of your client's own money that they are putting towards purchasing their property.

  • We will share your information with credit reference agencies to help determine what credit products and services we can provide you - these agencies will use the information for assessing credit applications, debt tracing and prevention of money laundering.
  • If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud identified, details will be passed to fraud prevention agencies to prevent fraud and money laundering.
